      Description

Radar app due for release in December shows an error message that is not meaningful based on the error that is getting when plotting an SED plot.

Example of failing error message here: https://irsadev.ipac.caltech.edu:9073/applications/Radar/ and object 'hd1234'

This highlighted the fact that there is no good way to control and overwrite the default error message from the high-level API when using chart embedded in HTML.

Could we expose the error message through the API the developper/user can customize it when dispatching the chart? Thanks!
