Firefly tableviewer column does not apply column formatting on user filter attempt

      Description

      Col.FmtDisp are applied when a table is first rendered.   After a user attempts to filter any column in the table, the formatting vanishes.    Please see the attached html file for a test case.

      This behavior exits on the ops and test irsa servers, as well as on the NED operational firefly server.  Relates to NED issue https://nedtrack.atlassian.net/browse/ENG-1253.

       Note: NED uses column  FmtDisp to create links to resources.   For example, go to ned.ipac.caltech.edu and make a query by name.   Click on external links, apply a filter and see the Links disappear and the raw urls show up.

            I can reproduce the format change in the columns "external query url" and "external service url" by following the instruction in the last paragraph. Jeffery Jacobson Is this only format change issue in this ticket? Did you notice other format change for other columns with different types?
