Description
The primary goal of this epic is to add a small-scale "fgcmcal-tract" mode to fgcmcal. This requires integration of reference catalog fluxes and new fit terms in fgcm to allow for a robust fitting over a single tract. Additional fitting automation will be added to fgcmcal in tract-only mode to allow for seemless hands-free processing.
An additional goal is to test fgcmcal outputs in the standard QA tools by producing coadds with fgcmcal calibrated zeropoints.

This epic culminated in the successful calibration of the HSC S18A (PDR2) dataset and demonstration that FGCM can be now run with a reference catalog (a precursor for running FGCM in per-tract mode for calibrating images (PVIs) before stacking them into coadds:
