Description
LSE-163 uses arcsec and asec within the same document (and within the same table definitions) seemingly to both refer to arcseconds.
The canonical unit name, at least in the FITS standards, seems to be arcsec.

I've changed all the references to "arcsec". Brian Van Klaveren, as the person who first noticed this problem, would you like to confirm the fix?
