The photometric calibration output from fgcmcal is of the "jointcal-photoCalib" type even though a compatible "fgcmcal-photoCalib" dataset is defined in obs-base.  The primary difference between the two is the template, as "fgcmcal-photoCalib" does not require a tract.  This ticket will add the appropriate template to obs_subaru and update fgcmcal to output the new dataset type (without a fake tract).
