Description

obs_subaru/SurprimeCam sets the GUIDER bit for masks in regions affected by the autoguider shadow. This bit isn't respected, and so this should either use a bit that is respected, or the GUIDER bit needs to be added downstream.

I don't see any code remaining that uses GUIDER to be anything other than a detector type. Should we close this ticket as won't fix?
