      Description

Install the lsst-texmf repository in full into its Docker distribution. This will fix issues where generateAcronyms.py attempts to find a glossary file in etc/, but it is missing.

Also check that Python is installed in the Docker image (and drop Java since GaiaAcr.jar is replaced by generateAcronyms.py).
