      Description

      Under DM-17059, Christine Banek has re-established the legacy DAX services under Kubernetes control on lsst-lsp-int.

      We now should re-establish the legacy PDAC portal at that address, using Kubernetes for deployment, and in a way which derives the DAX services' URLs from the base URL for the deployment in a relocatable way.

            This describe the separation of `int` and `stable` environment both software and hardware that we had talked about previously.
