          I'm deliberately leaving L860 self.log.info("Skipped OSCAN") as INFO level because I think this is an unusual case that I'd expect to see very rarely, and don't want to squash it further down even though it's technically per-amp. Could even be raised to WARN, but someone who knows when that block would actually execute might want to speak to that...
