Chronograf UI requires frequent re-authentication

      Description

      The Chronograf site requests that users log in multiple times in the same browser session, possibly as often as every 20 minutes (as reported by Colin Slater). This is at best annoying (the user may well spend longer examining or editing plots), and at worst exacerbates issues such as DM-17080. Please extend the time between authentication requests to something more reasonable.

            This is fixed in Chronograf 1.7-14 which we are using for the EFD deployments.
