Create tickets for the execution of each L2 milestone

      Description

      In the same way as we already have tickets for the creation of test plans.

      We can then monitor the execution of milestones as part of the regular DMLT discussions.

          Tickets created. Also added “write test plan” tickets for L2 milestones which were missing them.

          Updated the milestones repository to automatically set due-dates on L2 milestone completion tickets based on the contents of PMCS. This means that manually-set due dates will be clobbered.

          Added a list of upcoming (or overdue) L2 milestones to the standard DMLT telecon agenda.

          My work here is done.
