Did this just move because it was tied to AuxTel? or was it decide that it cannot happen on an April timescale? Not complaining but I think Wil's intent was to decouple it from the AuxTel milestone.

It moved because the data automatically gets synced to Primavera, and that's the date we're currently carrying there.

There's an outstanding action on Wil to get it shifted in PMCS, but I guess he's not done that yet (https://confluence.lsstcorp.org/display/DM/DM+Leadership+Team+Meeting+2019-02-11?focusedTaskId=2).

This is currently all but done. Waiting for final edits to the report (DMTN-119). Believe those are currently on Wil O'Mullane and Robert Blum.

Can I get edit permission on the repo? I just have some minor wording changes.

The overall summary looks fine to me and I am ok with counting the MS done.

In the next round, we should start collecting in some document the actions or items identified for operations. For example, we called out a few possible policy changes here for ops. 

I don't follow this text: "A set of raft data (simulated data from DC2) which intersected intersect \gls{tract} 4849 \gls{patch} 2,2." in body.tex.

When I tried to make the document, I got a bunch of errors for the glossary.
