      To the following:

      • Write top top right box on the TAP search panel - Spatial and time selection
      • Work with Tatiana Goldina and Gregory Dubois-Felsmann to determine what should be in it.
      • Add analysis of tap schema to control what is displayed

            the PR includes the following implementation,

            • fill in the top right box in TAP search panel for entering spatial/temporal/wavelength constraints.
            • build the widget and layout for spatial, temporal and wavelength search unit in collapsible format
            • implement the spatial search panel on cone, polygon and all sky search mainly inheriting the style from regular catalog search.
            • compose ADQL where clause statement on entered spatial search numbers
