Fix some issues with lsst-sphinx-bootstrap-theme for single package builds:

• The copyright in the footer repeats the word "copyright." One copyright is part of the template. The other is part of the inserted string. Maybe just remove "Copyright" from the template text?
• The title of the site should be a variable. Right now it's fixed to read "LSST Science Pipelines"

While I'm in there, perhaps also reduce the font size of code samples to address some complaints.
