      Description

      1. Test SAL java interface with aux tel camera CSC in simulation mode on the test hardware cluster.
      2. Have Tony Johnson test with his latest auxtel camera code and the physical camera system.

          Sal 3.8.41 was tested for auxtel using header service and atcamera. All appeared to work.
