      Description

      Do the unit test of OFC interface between the algorithm and control system (MTAOS). This is to make sure the behaviors of OFC interface fulfills the need of control system. This task will do the related documentation contains the class diagram.

          Added the unit test cases for the OFC interface to MTAOS. These function interfaces had discussed with Christopher Contaxis [X] and got the consensus.

          The OFC interface classes to MTAOS were added to the ctrlIntf module as the following:

          The related unit tests were added as the following:

          https://github.com/lsst-ts/ts_tcs_ofcPython/tree/develop/tests/ctrlIntf

          The new added test cases passed the Jenkins tests:

          The README.md had been updated for there new interface classes.
