The "root" user for the tssw aws account has an email address of firstname.lastname@example.org and I am not aware of the password. This has long been an irritation as aws support emails responses go to that address. Another problem is that unless a permission change is made as "root", aws iam billing policy is deactivated, which is preventing usage monitoring/alerting from being enabled.
