Please support Description for topics (not just items)

      Description

      Please allow Description as a field for topics (at present it is only allowed for items). Sometimes it is helpful to be able to describe a command or other topic in detail.

      As an aside, so far I have not seen any use of the Explanation field – it's alway set to one particular URL that seems to not contain the relevant info.
