      Description

      learn about how to package the CSC with docker, according to the grand LSE-150 plan. This has been ongoing for a while but will be a success when I have a docker container that runs the component and has all the required dependencies.

          I have a docker container that has all the necessary dependencies. I can run the component in this envionment and it responds to sal commands and can communicate with the hardware.           Looked at the Docker file, seems to be under 20 lines, but I guess it is complete.
