      Description

We currently specify the saturation and non-linearity in DN, not electrons.  We should certainly change the saturation to electrons (we know the gain quite well from Fe55 in the lab and BF-corrected PTC curves) and while the saturation level is more-or-less set by the silicon and voltages the gain can change (e.g. if you change the CDS time) so the saturation in DN is amp-specific and can change.

The non-linearity is less obvious, as when the gain changes so may the non-linearity; if it comes from the sense node/source follower then the non-linearity is in electrons;  if it's further down the chain it's in DN.  We should investigate as part of this ticket.
