Backup m1m3 test campaign EFD data

      Description

      Backup all the EFD data collected during the M1M3 test campaigns at the mirror lab.

      Retrieve the EDF machine and integrate back into the simulation cluster.

      Copy data to NCSA if a destination location is provided
