    Description

When testing adding reference stars to fgcmcal, use the RC2 dataset to check that things are working and investigate questions of color terms / signal-to-noise / etc from the PS1 reference catalog.

Successfully ran DM-16702 version of code through the updated cookbook on the RC2 dataset on lsst-dev. While DM-18016, with the run on S18a, is considerably more taxing and interesting, it's good to see that things also work here. Configs were essentially the same as on S18a, including the s/n>50 cut on reference stars. This has a side effect that there are no good statistics on the reddest stars in the g-band.

As an example, here is the internal repeatability plots, we're getting ~6 mmag for the bright stars:

And compared to the reference stars (there seems to be a lot of scatter in the reference stars...)

The fgcm_photoCalib files for the RC2 run used for the plots can be found on lsst-dev in the repo at /datasets/hsc/repo/rerun/private/erykoff/fgcm_cookbook_w_2019_18/fit1. yusra
