      Description

      WLS CSC needs to implement state transitions:

      -upon receiving relevant SAL commands

      -upon receiving an error signal from the KiloArc hardware

      -in the event of communication loss between host computer and ADAM hardware

          State transitions based on SAL commands and KiloArc error signal work, although I uncovered an issue where the ADAM device is only reading one of it's input channels.
