Investigate pymodbus/ADAM channel issue

      Description

      The white light source needs to continuously read four analog channels on the ADAM 6024 device, which the KiloArc device uses to signal errors and some additional information about the hardware state. My test hardware can only simulate a signal on one channel at a time, and I discovered that my assumptions about how I would read the other channels are apparently wrong. It's possible that this component could work with only one channel (the error signal) but I'd like to figure out what's amiss.

          It turns out that only channel 0 was "turned on" in the ADAM firmware. And the only way to turn the other channels on is to use the vendor's utility program on a windows computer. Did this, and also created a document for future telescope operators detailing the hardware and software configuration steps, in case we ever need to replace this part during operations
