      Description

      Follow the obs_subaru pattern for having a .dat file which holds the locations of bounding boxes per-chip and turns them into fits binary tables at scons-time for retrieval by the butler, so that it works for isr.doDefect=True/

            Looks good. Just to state the obvious, this should not be seen as the approved way going forward, but since we don't have versioned calib repositories yet, I think it's OK for now.
