Description
When handling large datasets, there is value to tracking metric values computed over subsets
of the whole. For example, it may be more relevant to track how photometric repeatability
varies over some patch, rather than over the whole sky.
I'm curious what still needs to be done here. By informal agreement we're including data IDs in current SQuaSH uploads, and the Chronograf UI lets us filter queries by them (albeit not as easily as one might like). Is this issue / DMLT action just a matter of establishing an official convention?
