            Rehearsal the creation of the squash-prod database in InfluxDB using the squash-sandbox environment.

            • Clone the squash-prod database in CloudSQL to a new instance, e.g. squash-sandbox-2. Note that even after you delete an existing CloudSQL instance the old instance name is not available: https://cloud.google.com/sql/faq?hl=en#reuse
            • Create or update database user credentials according to the squash-db-user and squash-db-password secrets used in the squash-sandbox-environment.
            • Update values-squash-sandbox.yaml with squash-api.instanceConnectionName: "squash-db-sandbox-2"
            • Synchronize the squash-api app in Argo CD https://squash-sandbox.lsst.codes/argo-cd
