Update lsstsw in order to be able to deal with multiple environments

      Description

      The current behavior of the tooling (deploy, rebuild, setup) shall not be affected.

      • It shall be possible to deploy a specific reference (hash, branch, tag) of scipipe_conda_env.
      • It shall be possible to set up a specific deployed environment.

            Implemented following DMTN-110 4.2 section proposal.

            The scripts bin/deploy and bin/setup.sh can be executed as they are executed now.

            I have done a few tests on the new functionalities, no problems found so far.

            I should have done this before... but the duplication of tracking between Jira and GitHub PRs is not helping.

            Kian-Tat Lim, do you see any reason we should not consider this issue as reviewed (and closed)?
