Description
Do the following:
- Make spacial selection more narrow, work with Loi Ly on
DM-18122 - Add validation to the target panel validation
- Add feedback on the disclosure bar
- remove All sky option
- Note- if column field is not defined the section is invalid or not used.
- optional: Add checkbox on disclosure bar if panel is in use.
- needs UI discussion
