      Description

      Use fake sources to make plots of input v output posistion and add the plots to pipe_analysis.

            New versions of the plots, the change in number of sources is because I ran some more data.

            I have removed mkFilename and replaced it with just using the butler. Which I should have done originally.

            It is run the same as visitAnalysis is normally run but with the config option: hasFakes=True.

            visitAnalysis.py /datasets/hsc/repo --rerun private/sreed/hscRerun/fakesTestFinalVisit --id visit=1228 filter=HSC-I --clobber-config --no-versions --tract=9813 -c hasFakes=True

            I ran visitAnalysis with hasFakes=True, hasFakes=False and with the master branch. The plots are the same between the master branch and hasFakes=False.
