This turned out to be harder than expected and poorly defined. Some preliminary graphs were made but mapping correctly from the input to the expected output was non trivial and hard to evaluate. It was decided to leave this at the preliminary stages for now and if anyone wants/needs these plots and has a better defined idea of what they should look like it can be revisited. Potentially I just don't know enough about galaxy shapes to be able to decide.

Attached are the very rudimentary plots made, the name of the plot shows what is included. e1 and e2 are the eigenvalues calculated from the sdss shape matrix output by the pipeline and a/b_b/d are the a and b values of the bulge (b) and the disk (d) that were used to define the object when it was created. e1 or e2 are plotted labelled output and a/b_b/d are plotted labelled input. A vague correlation between parameters can be seen. This probably means the input objects were mostly not put in as thin lines and that a fatter galaxy is also longer.

Agreed to put these on the back burner for now.
