      Description

      Hook the ADAM box and our CSC up to the actual KiloArc device in the lab, and try sending commands to it.

          Forgot to close this out last sprint. We did this in two phases, first receiving telemetry from the kiloarc, then testing that we can actually turn the lamp on and off. Both worked!

          Testing was completed in the lab. Fixes to the code are now being implemented (as part of a different ticket).
