#### Description

Currently, various code assumes the refObjLoader has a ref_dataset_name field, but this is only true for the HTM Indexed refcats. We should make the dataset name an explicit part of the LoadReferenceObjects API (perhaps getDatasetName?) as an abstract method that the Indexed loader can then override to return that config value.

This will still be a broken API for a.net refcats, but at least it will be more obviously so.

John Parejko is this still relevant? I thought we had dropped all support for a.net.

Although we have dropped support for a.net, I do think this would still be useful: it is helpful for extracting the correct colorterms, for instance. Maybe this should be tagged as a post-gen3 thing, as there is a new refcat system there?
