Unify Portal/"suit" and Firefly/"slate" applications

      Description

      The work in this ticket is to ensure that, for LSST, the "suit" application, which implements the Portal interfaces for catalog and image query UIs, be unified with the "firefly" application, and in particular, the latter's "Slate" functionality on which the recent Firefly Python API work depends.

      We need a single container image that provides all these functions, and therefore provides the three end points described in DM-17973.

            I have tested the portal/app deployment and it works as expected, using a token downloaded from the token webpage.

            2. Time series viewer: (instance-FQDN)/portal/app/ts.html
            3. Slate: (instance-FQDN)/portal/app/slate.html

            The above three entry points specified in DM-17973 all have been deployed at lsp-int.  We will test and make sure the sample notebooks all working.
