      How to reproduce:

      Load the attached VOTable into Firefly.

      Observe "0.0000000000e+00" in the second column.

            Context:

            In the VOTable XML ( TABLEDATA ) serialization, an empty <TD> element is to be treated as a null.

            Each item in the TD tag contains a value which must be compatible with the datatype attribute of the corresponding FIELD definition. If the value is the same as the null value for that field (see section 4.7) then the item is assumed to contain no data. Valid representations of values in a cell, depending on their datatype, are detailed in the complete description of datatypes. If the TD element is empty (<TD/> or <TD></TD>) the cell is considered to contain no data, i.e. to be null.
