Both visitAnalysis.py and coaddAnalysis.py can now run on DC2 outputs. I tested running on processing by Hsin-Fang Chiang, e.g.

            visitAnalysis.py /datasets/DC2/repo/ --rerun w_2019_10/sfm:private/lauren/DM-18556 --id visit=431151 --tract=5063
            coaddAnalysis.py /datasets/DC2/repo/ --rerun w_2019_10/multiband:private/lauren/DM-18556 --id tract=4850 filter=u^g^r^i^z^y

Would you be able to give this a review? pipe_analysis still lives in lsst-dm, so doesn't require strict standards, but feel free to apply any you feel useful!

Looks good to me.  The comments are for fiddly things.

Thanks for the speedy review!  I adopted both your suggestions, ran Jenkins (it has made it through both Centos's and OS X is still slogging, but is past obs_lsst). Merged to master.
