Adapt visit and coadd qa analysis scripts to run on DESC DC2 outputs

    Description

      This will concentrate on adapting the visit and coadd analysis scripts to run on DC2 data. The colorAnalysis script will be addressed on a separate ticket.

            Both visitAnalysis.py and coaddAnalysis.py can now run on DC2 outputs. I tested running on processing by hchiang2, e.g.

            visitAnalysis.py /datasets/DC2/repo/ --rerun w_2019_10/sfm:private/lauren/DM-18556 --id visit=431151 --tract=5063
            coaddAnalysis.py /datasets/DC2/repo/ --rerun w_2019_10/multiband:private/lauren/DM-18556 --id tract=4850 filter=u^g^r^i^z^y

            Would you be able to give this a review? pipe_analysis still lives in lsst-dm, so doesn't require strict standards, but feel free to apply any you feel useful!

            Thanks for the speedy review!  I adopted both your suggestions, ran Jenkins (it has made it through both Centos's and OS X is still slogging, but is past obs_lsst). Merged to master.
