      Description

      Andres Anania [X] will soon be testing ATDome against the vendor's TCP/IP interface and bugs are bound to show up. This ticket is to capture the bugs and provide a ticket branch on which to fix them.

      Also add the TCP/IP host address (when chosen) and port=17310

            Additional testing didn't turn up anything. Use a new ticket for future ATDome fixes and improvements.
