Referring to the existing PDAC "legacy" query screens, which were custom built for the PDAC SDSS-Stripe82 and WISE datasets, this ticket asks that the image query capabilities implemented there be re-expressed, as best as possible, in theoretical ADQL queries against ObsCore-format data. (For extra fun, queries against the equivalent CAOM2 data may also be documented.)

These theoretical / idealized queries can then be analyzed by the DAX group as well as by IPAC data-systems staff for how well they could currently be met by the query capabilities of their TAP and/or SIAv2 services. That work is not part of this ticket.
