      Description

Telescope & Site's software group intends to make use of DM's documentation platform (LSST the Docs) to document their software components. T&S will write their own documentation as desired, but will need SQuaRE's assistance to get started.

As we anticipate similar needs in the operational era, SQuaRE needs to update LSST the Docs to accommodate a broader user base. Some reengineering is required to support this. This includes updating LSST the Docs so that upload clients don't need a full set of AWS credentials (as is currently the case). Ideally, an upload client should only need a single-purpose LSST the Docs key or GitHub key associated with an LSST GitHub organization.

This works well and we have used it to deploy a Telescope and Site Software version to good effect by request.
