Please make sure that the LSST developer guide includes information about how to use Firefly with afw.display (i.e., display_firefly ) on the lsst-dev interactive server, with lsst-demo as the Firefly server. Please note that doing this with a user-environment setting is preferable to the explicit specification of the server in the Python code, including the explanation that this is recommended in order to keep notebooks as portable as possible.

Please also, as an adjunct to this, ensure that the display_firefly (and firefly_client, if appropriate) docs explain the environment-variable scheme used to set the server to be used, and also explain there the automated default setting of the "channel".

(It is a separate problem for us to figure out how to encourage existing users to migrate away from explicit channel-setting.)
