The just-merged DM-10155 adds a calibrateCatalog() function to the PhotoCalib object which provides a SourceCatalog with calibrated flux and magnitude fields (and their errors). Update the pipe_analysis scripts to make use of this method (in lieu of the specialized function written in pipe_analysis to accomplish this result).
