Tested ATDome vendor fixes (they worked). The ATDome is showing some unstable behavior due to communication problems but I attribute this to the temporary network solution to get the internet up there. This should be resolved once we get the LSST network. Also tested the ATDome CSC over the network with IT (from a server in the computer room) and worked fine.

There is another problem with commands. If there is no communication between the Shutter and the Main cRio and I send a command to open the shutter, the main cRio will accept the command but this won't be executed instantly, it will wait until it recovers the communication between the cRios. 

Tested and email sent to Patrick to report that the bug was fixed and a new bug was found
