      Description

      Use the test dataset created in DM-19864 as a starting point to get Quansight developers familiar with the LSST stack and the data they will be using to generate the dashboard. Work with them to make sure they understand things; answer their questions, etc. This will be the initial work under the soon-to-be-completed Quansight contract.

      Also, work on making the test dataset available as a butler repo outside the LSP.

            The standalone test dataset I culled from the w_18 weekly is at /project/tmorton/tickets/DM-20015  (and a copy and a smaller copy (one filter, one tract) hosted at lsst-web/~tmorton/) The Quansight developers are using this as their test dataset to work on the dashboard.
