We no longer believe that a wholesale package reorganization is likely.
Moving this from Summer 2015 to Winter 2016 as part of the mid-cycle replan.
The expansion in scope of
DM-1769, combined with the urgency of merging the HSC pipeline (DM-1907,DM-1942andDM-1968), means that we no longer have the required effort to execute this epic in this cycle.
