Description
Remove old style defects from ap_verify datasets. These include ap_verify_hits2015, ap_verify_ci_hits2015, and ap_verify_testdata. I think that's it?
This split off from DM-19857 and should be done afterwards. It's not essential to have these files removed for us to support the new defects in ap_verify, and "support the new obs_decam defects in ap_verify so we can merge DM-19730" is the real goal of DM-19857.

This is needed for DM-19857, as you know. You are welcome to review+merge the dataset PRs in tandem with everything else so it doesn't get out of sync.

Yes, I think that's it. There's no other datasets listed in the documentation, and ap_verify_testdata should be the only omission (left out because it's not user-facing).
