Description
The old unit tests need to be modified and new tests need to be created for scarlet v0.5. A separate ticket will be created for unit tests in the meas_extensions_scarlet.

Note: the tickets/DM-20128 on `proxmin` has to be merged before you can review the `scarlet` ticket, since `scarlet` depends on changes to `proxmin` and the tests are failing on Travis. But I tested locally with the correct proxmin and all of the tests pass.
