LCR-1728 on LSE-319 has been approved by the CCB and the PM. It now needs to be released in order to reach the CCB "Fully Implemented" state. Most of this work, for a LaTeX/Github/LTD-based document, falls to the proposer, with final steps done by Robert McKercher.
