In this epic, we tested the EFD with versions 3.9 and 3.10 of SAL at the lab and the Summit deployments. We implemented the Kafka connect manager https://kafka-connect-manager.lsst.io/ to manage our connectors and created a Helm Chart to deploy it. We demonstrated how to access EFD data from the LSP using the aioinflux Python client. This notebook was used later by SQuaRE and T&S for analyzing EFD data during tests of the ATCamera at the lab and the AT at the Summit. We also supported the AT tests at the summit and fixed small issues with the InfluxDB connector during this period.

This work was largely driven by the need to deploy a stable service for the LSST summit EFD and also to keep up with changes to upstream T&S systems such as SAL.
