      Description

      This task is to capture the work needed to (re)deploy the CSCs, Jupyter notebooks and EFD containers in Chile for the upcoming on-sky test with the Auxiliary Telescope.

          So, I think it would be better to break it down the task for deploying things with SAL 3.9 and 3.10 into two different tasks. I'm finished with the task for 3.9 and will start moving to 3.10. 

           

          This PR contains the docker compose files for deploying the containers in Chile: https://github.com/LSST-IT/docker-compose-ops/pull/4

           

          This PR contains the changes in SAL 3.9 I needed to perform so the efd writers would work with for indexed components: https://github.com/lsst-ts/ts_sal/pull/37
