Looked around the chamber at the different mechanical components. Looked at the touchscreen control panel. There was a “Under voltage” error appearing on Jack 4. We tried turning off the control, resetting and starting. Tried turning off the voltage reader and back on. Now looking into it with remote connection.
CHU - Cooling and electrical Heating system
Water Cooling System - Degassing takes about 4 minutes. You can start it from the GUI in the control room.
Torsen & Coworker making the pump own recipe more efficient. Unsure exactly how, it involves modifying the recipe and adding some conditions.
Following torsten and team around while they are trying to solve the voltage problem on Jack 4. Not very useful since they are speaking German and when I ask.
Problem seems to be coming from a vendor supplied PLC. However they do not have any PLC experts.
Resolving the Voltage problem, putting the m2 surrogate into the coating chamber doing a test run.
Continued working on M2 coating. Observed technicians and the control room as they were coating the witness samples. Went up with Brian to see how the DIMM is calibrated.
